What started as a hobby became my full-time job in 2020 – and still, it sometimes doesn’t feel completely real. I can hardly believe how lucky I am, and at the same time I feel proud of the life I’ve built for myself. I get to be creative, work freely, see the world, and create something that lasts.
Whether in Düsseldorf or somewhere in Italy: it is always an honor to be chosen to tell your story. Your gratitude and appreciation touch me deeply and are my greatest motivation.
My favorite quality about myself?
...is that I am both a calm presence and a bundle of energy.
This mix defines the way I photograph you: calm, empathetic, and without pressure – so you can feel safe and comfortable in front of the camera and show yourself just as you truly are.
And at the same time, it can be light and full of life. Laughing together, talking nonsense, feeling familiar – like being among friends.
random facts
Lola has been my nickname since school – my real name is Laura.
I studied communications and taught myself photography.
In 2018, I photographed my first wedding with my grandpa’s camera.
I love spending my money on travel (and food) – whether it’s croissants in Paris, pizza in Italy, or spicy stuff in Southeast Asia.
My friends would probably describe me as "Lebemaus"

What I do on weekends when I am not working:
sitting in the sun with friends, sipping rosé crémant, playing “would you rather…” games, and spontaneously finding a day party to dance a little.
or
going for a run along the Rhine, followed by an oat cappuccino + a homemade vegan smoothie bowl, and later, on the couch, creating Pinterest mood boards with new interior or outfit inspo.

how I would describe my photography style
A mix of color and black & white,
of clarity and an artistic eye.
Dreamy, without feeling kitschy –
and if it is, then in an aesthetic way.
With a sense for both big and small moments,
as well as for details, light, and atmosphere.
Recognizable in style –
yet every shoot is individual, just like you.
Close, honest, intimate, unposed.
With a presence that gives you space to simply be yourselves.
Quietly present in the middle of it all – in the background, yet open,
warm, and always there with a joyful energy.
